DevDuo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Web to PDF mobile application (the "Service").
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
Web to PDF is designed to operate entirely offline on your local device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or retain any of your data on external servers.
Data Retention:
Any website URLs you input, HTML code you paste, or PDF documents you generate are stored securely
within the app's local database ("Vault") on your device. This data is retained locally only for as long
as you keep it within the application.
Data Deletion:
Because your data is strictly local, you have absolute control over its deletion. You can request or
enforce data deletion through the following methods:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete individual conversion history items (URLs or HTML) directly from the "Vault/History" screen within the app by tapping the trash icon.
- Complete Deletion: To completely delete all data associated with the app, simply uninstall the application from your device, or go to your device's Settings > Apps > Web to PDF > Storage > Clear Data. This will instantly and permanently erase all generated histories.
- No Server Deletion Required: Since we do not possess your data on our servers, no external or web-based deletion request process is necessary. Clearing local app data is absolute.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- Your Browsing Data: The URLs you enter and the web pages you convert are processed locally via your device's WebView. We do not track or log what websites you are converting.
- Your HTML Code: Any raw HTML/CSS/JS you paste into the developer editor is processed on-device.
- Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personal details like your name, email, or IP address.
2. Permissions Required
To function properly, the app requires:
- Internet Access: Required strictly for the app's internal engine to load the public websites you explicitly ask it to convert.
- Storage/Media Access: Required to save your generated PDF files to your device so you can share or view them.
3. Third-Party Services
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or tracking tools that harvest your personal browsing behavior.
4. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
