1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or playing Train Driver India, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. A Game, Not a Training Tool
Train Driver India is an entertainment simulation inspired by Indian Railways. Signals, rules, routes, distances and train operations are simplified for gameplay and must not be used as real railway training or operating guidance. Train and station names are used only to create an authentic setting; the game is not affiliated with or endorsed by Indian Railways.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The game code, train and scenery artwork, sounds, music, interface designs and all other game content are the property of DevDuo. Reverse engineering, decompiling, redistributing or modifying the game or its assets without our written permission is prohibited.
4. Activities You Create
You may create Activities and share their codes with others. Please do not put offensive, hateful or illegal words in activity names, station names or train names. You are responsible for the codes you share and import.
5. Ads, Unlocks and Premium
- The game is free to play and shows ads from Google AdMob.
- Some features are unlocked by watching an optional rewarded ad. An unlock lasts for your next journey only and has no cash value.
- If an ad cannot load (for example without an internet connection), features that need an ad stay locked until an ad is available.
- Premium is a one-time purchase through Google Play that removes ads and unlocks all features on the Google account that bought it. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
6. Local Data & Your Device
Your settings and saved Activities are stored only on your device. DevDuo is not responsible for data loss caused by clearing app storage, uninstalling, device damage, system updates or cleaning apps.
7. Limitation of Liability
Train Driver India is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free performance on every device. To the extent permitted by law, DevDuo is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the game.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
