Privacy Policy
DevDuo ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Train Driver India mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the game uses, where it is stored, which third-party services are involved, and how you can delete your data.
Local Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Train Driver India saves your game on your device only. We do not run our own servers and we do not upload, synchronize or store your game data in the cloud.
What is saved on your device:
Your settings (sound, music, horn type, headlight position), announcement and language choices, custom
Hindi station names, your saved Activities (routes, trains, weather and train movements), the number of
journeys played, and whether you have Premium. This is stored inside the game's private app storage on
your phone.
How to delete your data:
- Delete one Activity: Open Activities and tap the delete icon on that activity.
- Clear all game data: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Train Driver India > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data. This permanently erases all settings and saved Activities.
- Uninstall the game: Uninstalling permanently removes all locally saved data.
- Feedback you sent us: Email us at the address below and we will delete your feedback messages.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- No account: The game does not need registration, a user name, a phone number or a password.
- No location: The game does not access your GPS or precise location. Station and route names in the game are chosen or typed by you.
- No camera, microphone, photos or contacts: The game does not access them.
2. Help & Feedback
If you choose to send a message through the in-game Help & Feedback form, we receive:
- the topic you selected and the message you wrote,
- your email address, only if you enter it (it is required only for payment issues, so we can find your purchase),
- the app version and your device model and Android version, so we can fix problems.
The form is delivered through Google Forms and stored in our Google account. We use it only to answer you and to fix bugs. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Train Driver India is free to play thanks to ads served by Google AdMob:
- Interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks, for example before a journey starts, after restarting or quitting, and when saving an Activity.
- Rewarded ads are optional. You choose to watch one to unlock a feature for your next journey (for example loco reversal, banker engines, extra trains or station announcements) or to continue after a mistake.
AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID), IP address, device information and ad interaction data to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure performance and prevent fraud. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. 4. Premium Purchase
If you buy Premium (no ads), the payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not see or store your card or payment details. We only store on your device that Premium is active.
5. Station Announcements & Translations
- Voice announcements use the text-to-speech voice engine already installed on your phone. The text is spoken on your device.
- Hindi and local-language station names are translated on your device using Google ML Kit. When you download a language, the language file is downloaded from Google; after that, translation works on your device.
6. Sharing Activities
When you tap Share on an Activity, the game creates a text code that you send using your phone's share menu (for example WhatsApp). The code contains only the activity itself (route, trains, weather and train movements), never personal information. It is shared only when you choose to share it.

8. Security
Data sent by the game to Google services (ads, feedback, purchases, language downloads) is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. Children's Privacy
Train Driver India is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the feedback form, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
