By downloading or using the "QR Code Generator – Create QR" application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is a utility application designed to generate customized QR codes and scan existing QR codes from images or using the device camera. The app operates locally on your device.
3. Local Storage Responsibility
Your generated QR code history is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain cloud backups of your codes.
- IF YOU UNINSTALL THE APP OR CLEAR YOUR DEVICE DATA, YOUR QR CODE HISTORY WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED.
- You are responsible for saving any important QR codes to your device's photo gallery before uninstalling the application.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for the data, links, text, and information that you embed into the QR codes you generate using the Service. You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that link to illegal, malicious, or harmful content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that the generated QR codes will be scannable by all third-party readers under all conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DevDuo's be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any data loss resulting from device changes or app uninstallation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or within the application.
