1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Indian Rail Shunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please remove the application from your device.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The game codebase, custom railway algorithms, train sprites, shunting animations, interface audio compositions, and graphical layouts are the exclusive property of DevDuo. Reverse engineering, decompiling, distributing, or modifying game assets without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Local Progress & Hardware Responsibility
All game progression, unlocked consists, and earned coins are stored locally on your device via isolated database files. DevDuo is not responsible for data loss caused by system updates, device damage, storage cleaning applications, or accidental uninstallation.
4. In-Game Rewards & Economy
Coins, bonuses, and milestone rewards are purely virtual items for in-game mechanics. They hold no real-world cash equivalence and cannot be transferred or converted into fiat currency.
5. Limitation of Liability
Indian Rail Shunter is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted performance across all device specifications. DevDuo will not be liable for any direct or indirect operational damages arising from use of the game.
