DevDuo ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Indian Rail Shunter mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy details our data collection, local storage architecture, and compliance standards for the Google Play Store.
Local Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Indian Rail Shunter is built on a local-first offline architecture. We do not upload, synchronize, harvest, or store player game data, token metrics, or shunting progress on remote cloud servers.
Local Data Storage:
All game variables (unlocked diesel and electric locomotives, shunter rakes, yard expansions, platform
upgrades, coin counters, daily rewards milestones, and audio preferences) are saved locally within your
device's isolated application sandbox via an embedded Isar database.
Data Deletion Instructions:
Because your game files are saved strictly on your local hardware, you have full ownership and control
over data deletion:
- Clear App Storage: Navigate to your device's Settings > Apps > Indian Rail Shunter > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data. This will immediately and permanently erase all saved progress and coin balances.
- Uninstalling the Game: Uninstalling the application from your device permanently purges the local database and all runtime assets.
- No Remote Server Deletion Request Required: Since we do not transmit or hold your personal information or player data on central servers, external web forms for data deletion are not required.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- Personal Identity: We do not require account registration, user names, phone numbers, or passwords.
- Device Media & Sensors: The application does not access your camera, photo library, microphone, or GPS location.
2. Support & User Dispatches
If you voluntarily send feedback or report bugs via our in-game Station Control Support form, your message, selected category, optional contact email, and hardware diagnostic details (app version and device model) are transmitted securely to our engineering team solely to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
To provide this game for free, we integrate third-party ad networks:
- Google AdMob: Used to display rewarded video advertisements (e.g., freight workshop runs, 2X coin collection, and daily milestone bonuses). AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (GAID) and coarse diagnostic telemetry in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Children's Privacy
Indian Rail Shunter does not address anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
