1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing American Rail Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All assets, artwork, train 2D models, audio arrangements, gameplay mechanics, and source code are the proprietary intellectual property of DevDuo. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute game assets without prior written consent.
3. Virtual Economy & Game Balance
All in-game currency ($ Cash), levels, train items, and virtual upgrades are strictly part of the simulation gameplay and carry zero real-world cash value. They cannot be transferred, redeemed, or refunded outside standard Google Play store policies.
4. Local Progress & Device Responsibility
Because the simulation operates locally, DevDuo is not liable for lost game progress caused by device changes, factory resets, or clearing device application data.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. DevDuo disclaims all warranties regarding continuous interruption-free simulation or hardware compatibility.
