Terms and Conditions for 3D Card Viewer
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the 3D Card Viewer application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
3D Card Viewer provides tools to digitize, format, and visualize 2D images and PDF files as interactive 3D objects, as well as export these creations into PDF or Image formats.
3. Local Storage & Data Responsibility
The Service is designed to operate completely locally on your device.
- IF YOU UNINSTALL THE APP OR CLEAR ITS APP DATA, ALL YOUR SAVED PROJECTS, CARDS, AND DOCUMENTS WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED.
- We do not offer cloud synchronization for this application. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up any important PDF files or images you create using the app.
4. User Content & Acceptable Use
You retain all rights and ownership to the images, designs, and documents you import into the Service.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for the content you scan, edit, and export using the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service to copy, forge, or digitally alter official identification documents (such as passports, driver's licenses, or government IDs) for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- The developers of 3D Card Viewer are not responsible for any misuse of the application or any illegal content generated by its users.
5. Premium Features
The Service may offer certain advanced features, such as premium 3D finishes or specific export formats, via a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed securely through your device's native app store and are subject to their respective refund and management policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the app will function perfectly on all hardware, or that the PDF export formatting will precisely match all physical printer dimensions without user adjustment.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers of 3D Card Viewer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, resulting from: (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) the accidental deletion of the app resulting in local data loss; (iii) any formatting errors or misprints resulting from exported PDF files.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
