1. Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, installing, or playing TTE Battle: Tic Tac Toe Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please uninstall the application.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The application, custom shaders, neon animations, 3D board styles, audio soundscapes, custom graphic skins, and source code are the proprietary intellectual property of DevDuo. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, extract, copy, or redistribute any part of the game.
3. Local Progress & Responsibility
TTE Battle operates entirely offline and saves match history records locally on your device. DevDuo is not liable for data loss caused by app uninstallation, factory resets, or clearing device application data.
4. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. DevDuo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
