Terms and Conditions for SkillSprint

1. Agreement to terms

By downloading or using the SkillSprint application (the "App"), published by DevDuo Softwares ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App provides

SkillSprint offers self-paced interactive courses, story mode lessons, audio podcasts, module tests, grand tests, certificates of completion, skill cards, and an optional on-device AI course creator. The courses are for general learning and personal development.

3. Certificates and skill cards

• Certificates and skill cards confirm that you completed a self-paced course or passed a module test inside the SkillSprint app.
• They are not accredited qualifications, degrees, diplomas, or government-recognized certifications. They are not issued or endorsed by any university, exam board, government body, or technology company.
• You are responsible for entering your real name. You agree not to misrepresent a certificate or skill card as an official or third-party certification.

4. Course names and trademarks

Some course titles mention technologies, software, or exams (for example programming languages, cloud platforms, office tools, or competitive exams) only to describe the topic taught. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. SkillSprint and DevDuo Softwares are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies or organizations.

5. AI-generated content

Courses and lessons created with the on-device AI are generated automatically and may contain mistakes or incomplete information. Please check important facts with trusted sources. AI-generated content is not reviewed by us.

6. Pro purchase

SkillSprint offers an optional one-time Lifetime Pro purchase that unlocks all modules, removes ads, and adds extra features such as the gold certificate design. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. You can restore a previous purchase from inside the App.

7. Local storage and your data

• Your progress, certificates, skill cards, and AI courses are stored only on your device.
• If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all of this is permanently deleted. We do not offer cloud backup. Save or share any certificates you want to keep before uninstalling.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the App's course content.
• Do not edit or forge certificates or skill cards, or use them to deceive anyone.
• Do not try to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App or its purchase system.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep courses accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or suitable for any exam, job, or specific purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevDuo Softwares is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the App changes. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
