1. Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, installing, or playing Indian Station Master, these terms automatically apply to you. Please review them carefully before initializing gameplay.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The application, custom vector art, locomotive assets, sound design, interface layouts, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of DevDuo. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, extract, or redistribute any portion of the application.
3. Local Progress Responsibility
Indian Station Master runs completely offline and stores save state records locally on your device. DevDuo is not liable for game progress lost due to device damage, OS updates, app uninstallation, or clearing device storage without backing up your system.
4. Virtual Currency & Ad Rewards
In-game coins and wallet tokens earned through gameplay or by watching rewarded advertisements hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency.
5. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DevDuo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or operational damages resulting from the use or performance of this software.
