By downloading or using the Daily Tracker application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Use of the App
Daily Tracker is provided for your personal use to track habits and goals. The app is designed to function entirely offline, saving data locally to your device. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your device and access to the app.
2. Data Loss
Because Daily Tracker is a strictly offline application, we do not have access to, nor do we backup, your data. If your device is lost, stolen, or if you uninstall the application without manually backing up your phone, your tracking data will be permanently lost. We are not liable for any loss of data.
3. Intellectual Property
You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
4. Liability
DevDuo's will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application. The app is provided "as is" and "as available".
5. Changes to Terms
