By downloading, installing, or using the IndexoFit application (formerly referred to as "SmartBMI Tracker" / "BMI Calculator"), these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
2. Usage Restrictions & Intellectual Property
You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract the source code of, translate, or make derivative versions of the IndexoFit app or any of our brand assets in any manner.
3. Medical & Fitness Disclaimer
This application is provided strictly for informational and personal tracking purposes. IndexoFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. BMI calculations, hydration estimates, and workout trackers are generalized approximations. Always consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or before starting a new exercise or diet program.
4. Local Data Security & Management
IndexoFit processes your fitness metrics, meal entries, and hydration history locally on your device. We do not store your personal health data on external servers. Uninstalling the application or clearing application data will permanently erase your locally stored records.
5. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify our Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
